Overview

At The Kitchen Wholesale, we understand the importance of quality, accuracy, and trust in wholesale transactions. While our products are sold in bulk and returns are limited, we do offer support for issues related to damaged, incorrect, or defective items.

🔄 Wholesale Kitchen Supply: Return Eligibility & Process

Due to the nature of wholesale and Amazon FBA compliance, general returns are not accepted. However, we do accept return or exchange requests in the following cases:

  • Received damaged or defective items

  • Received incorrect products not match your order

  • Items with missing parts or major quality issues

📦 How to Submit a Return Request for Wholesale Kitchen Supplies

If you receive a product that qualifies for return or replacement:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Send your request to sales@thekitchenwholesale.com with:
    • Order number

    • Photos of the product and packaging

    • Description of the issue

  3. Wait for our approval and return instructions.

  4. Once approved, the item must be returned within 7 business days.

Note: Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

🔁 Exchange Process

If you qualify for an exchange, we will:

  • Ship a replacement product (based on stock availability), or

  • Issue store credit for future purchases.

We do not refund payments due to the wholesale nature of our business.

🧾 Amazon FBA Documentation Issues

If Amazon rejects your invoice or documentation for any reason, our team will work with you directly to resolve the issue. All our documents are Amazon-compliant and recognized by FBA systems.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used kitchen supplies

  • Custom or private-label orders

  • Items marked “final sale”

  • Orders returned without approval.
